There are no steps throughout the facility. We offer guest rooms accessible to wheelchair users (twin rooms only). Please contact us in advance by email or phone.
We also provide accessible shared restrooms and wheelchair rentals.

It is located inside the hotel.
As a rule, this facility is for athletes only, so please contact the hotel directly regarding dates when it is available to the general public.

Is there an age restriction for using the hot spring/public bath?
The public bath does not have facilities for babies or children. We ask that children who are not yet potty-trained refrain from using the bath.
Can I use the bath if I have tattoos?
We sincerely apologize, but as a general rule, guests with tattoos are asked to refrain from using the bathing facilities. If you wish to use the bath, please cover your tattoos with foundation tape or similar before bathing.
Do you offer massage services?
We do not offer massage services in guest rooms.
