Is the front desk open 24 hours?
Reception is located in the 1st-floor lobby and is open 24 hours a day.
Are there vending machines?
Vending machines are located in the 1st-floor lobby, inside the large public bath on the 2nd floor, and on the 4th and 5th floors. Alcoholic drinks (canned beer, canned chuhai, and canned highballs) are also available at the 1st-floor reception.
Is there a shop in the hotel?
There are vending machines in the hotel where you can buy light snacks (bread, snacks, cup ramen, etc.).
Nearby, about 10 minutes away by car, is Tamano Shopping Mall Meruka. It has a supermarket, adult and children’s clothing stores, 100-yen shops, and more.
Where are the smoking areas?
For smoking, please use one of the following areas: in front of the entrance, the 3F smoking booth, or the restaurant smoking booth.
Please note that the 3F smoking booth is unavailable during keirin race days and the days immediately before and after.

We have a dry sauna. It is available in both the men's and women's public baths on the 2nd floor.

What are the public bath hours?
An open-air bathhouse with a view of the bank outside the window. A dry sauna and water bath are also provided to relieve travel fatigue.
*The public baths and sauna are unavailable during race days and the days immediately before and after. Please use the shower booth in your room during these times.
