All rooms have individual air conditioning.
Heating, cooling, dry, and fan modes are available. You can also set the temperature yourself.

You can open and close the guest room windows yourself. We also ventilate the rooms before your arrival.

We do not have facilities to sterilize baby bottles.

All rooms have beds. We do not provide futon setup.

We do not have high-leg chairs available.

Umbrellas are available for purchase at ¥1,100 each.

We provide one room key per guest for each room.

We use card keys, so please carry yours with you when you go out. If you’re worried about losing it, we can hold it for you at reception. If it is lost, a reissue fee will apply.

Please return your room key to reception at check-out.

There is no need to leave your room key when going out. However, if you are concerned about losing it, we can keep it for you at reception.

We do not have Japanese-style rooms or Japanese-Western rooms.

In principle, guests are asked to carry their own luggage. If you need assistance, please feel free to ask.
