For payments made directly at the hotel (cash or credit card), we can issue an itemized or handwritten receipt. If you have a specific name for the receipt, please indicate it on your check-in card.
For payments not made directly at the hotel (online credit card payments, travel agency coupons, vouchers, etc.), the hotel cannot issue a receipt. Please contact your booking site to request one.

In principle, we ask that you settle your accommodation charges and any in-house expenses charged to your room at check-out. Please pay by cash, credit/debit card, or electronic money. If you booked through a travel agency and have a coupon, we will collect the coupon at check-in.
