For guests staying 3 nights or more who choose to pay on-site, we require payment of the total room charge as a deposit upon check-in.

Since our communal bath is not a hot spring (onsen), no bath tax is required.

Only accommodation vouchers issued by our hotel and hometown tax return gift certificates are accepted.

There are no minibars in the rooms.
The two Semi-Suites are equipped with wine cellars, and the drinks inside are available for a fee.

Can I use a travel agency gift certificate to pay for my stay?
Travel agency gift certificates can only be used to pay the respective agency. They cannot be used for direct payment to the hotel.
