Some rooms have them and some don't.
Do you offer iron rental?
Steam irons are available for loan at reception. Ironing boards are not provided.
Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are not available.
Can I make outside calls from my room?
Outside and international calls are not available from the in-room phones.
Are there any snacks in the room?
There are no snacks provided in the room.
Can I bring my bike into the room if it’s in a bike bag?
For bicycles, we have bike racks available in front of the hotel entrance.
Room requests (high floor/adjacent rooms/corner room)
We will accept room preferences as requests; however, depending on availability on the day, we may not be able to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the size of the room wear (yukata)?
The room wear provided at our hotel is available in one size only (free size).
Please note that we are unable to offer different sizes.
Do you have ladies’ rooms?
We do not have women-only rooms or floors.
