We do not generally lend tableware.
Can you tell me about the suites and special rooms?
We don’t have special rooms, but we do have two suite rooms among our guest rooms. Each is 63 m² and decorated with KEIRIN HOTEL–unique objects. These rooms include a bathtub.
Please provide the bed sizes.
The bed size for Compact Double rooms is W140 × L200 (cm).
The bed size for Twin rooms is W110 × L200 (cm).
The bed size for Suite rooms is W120 × L208 (cm).

Do you provide makeup remover?
It is not included in the in-room amenities.
Can I get extra towels?
Extra towels are available for ¥440 per set (face towel and bath towel). Please ask at reception.
Is there a freezer?
There are no freezers in the guest rooms. If you need to freeze items, please ask our staff at the front desk, and we will store them for you.
What brand of shampoo do you provide?
We provide Millennium Organics products at our hotel.
Are towels provided?
Bath towels and face towels are provided in your room.
What rental items are available?
Humidifiers, sewing kits, phone charging cables/adapters, hair straighteners, steam irons, trouser presses, wheelchairs, playing cards/UNO
Each item is available in limited quantities.
Do you provide toothbrush sets?
We provide amenity sets that include a toothbrush and toothpaste.
