Can I change or cancel by phone?
Depending on your booking type, changes or cancellations by phone may not be possible.

If you booked online via the hotel website but haven’t received a confirmation email, possible causes include your PC/email settings or an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your booking confirmation email within 2 days of making your reservation, please contact us.

Can minors stay at the hotel alone?
Minors are welcome to stay at our hotel. However, if all guests in a room are minors (under 18 years of age), we require a "Consent Form" from a parent or legal guardian.
Please submit the consent form upon check-in on the day of your arrival.
One form is required per minor.

When is the peak season?
Peak season is from October to November.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
If the guest and the person making the reservation are different, we require the guest's information in advance. In some cases, we may decline the reservation.
Are there any special perks if I stay on my birthday?
No, we do not offer any.
What should I do in an emergency evacuation?
Evacuation route maps are available in the guest rooms.
Please use the emergency stairs to evacuate to the first floor.
Depending on the situation, the evacuation area may change, so please follow staff instructions.
Can I change my room type after booking?
Yes, if rooms are available. Upgrade fees depend on availability on the day, so please contact the hotel directly.
Is there a waitlist for cancellations?
We do not offer a waitlist for cancellations.
Can I change my plan after making a reservation?
We accept changes to dates and cancellations after a reservation has been made. If you wish to change your room type, please make a new reservation.
Please note that any changes to your reservation must be made by phone at least one day in advance.
Cancellations may incur a fee based on our cancellation policy. Refunds are also available depending on the date of cancellation.
